Other Details to Note

While our property is not located directly near the train tracks, St. Augustine’s charming train system occasionally brings the sound of passing trains that can be heard from most of part of the city. Many guests find it adds to the character of the area, but we like to mention it for those who may be particularly sensitive to sound. Additionally, as we are in a residential neighborhood, you might spot friendly neighbor pets like cats, dogs, and even roosters during your stay. Absolutely amazing stay! The house was perfect for my family and our 2 kids. Very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. The place was spotless and extremely well maintained. The kitchen honestly had EVERYTHING we needed to cook… and I mean REALLY everything! One of the best-equipped Airbnb kitchens we’ve ever seen. The hosts were incredible: super responsive, very fast to reply, and genuinely helpful every single time we needed something. They were also kind enough to let us check in 2 hours before the official check-in time, which helped us so much with 2 exhausted kids after traveling. Very accommodating and thoughtful hosts! We would 100% stay again. Highly recommended for families!

This place was absolutely incredible. Everything—from the cleanliness to the organization—was thoughtfully done. They had all the essentials (towels, sheets) plus those little extras you don’t think to pack (bug spray, plastic bags, etc.), which made it feel like a luxury, multi-million-dollar home. The backyard setup with the fire pit and putt-putt was a great touch, and there was plenty of space inside for guests. It’s also just a short drive or quick Uber/Lyft ride to the beaches and downtown. Lola & Jon were proactive, communicative, and responsive throughout. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Wow!!!! This AIRBNB is AMAZING! Extremely clean and well stocked with anything you could think you need! Great distance to downtown and the neighborhood was cute!! Probably one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at!! Amazing amenities, beautiful house + areas! Will def be back :)

Beautiful home. One of the nicest i have stayed in. Loved the decor. The minimalism, the stocked coffee and shower amenities and even the double garbage bin. It’s was so relaxing.

Lola’s and Jon’s place was an easy, peaceful getaway. They accommodated us on very short notice. This is a pristine house with a beautiful, small backyard, mostly fenced in, with every conceivable convenience. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, multiple options for coffee (drip, keurig, French press), air fryer, crockpot, plenty of counter space. There is a record player with a few records and a Bluetooth connection. Throw blankets on the beds. Even the hair dryer was high quality! Big dining room table that seats 8–great for big meals and game nights. Very comfortable for our family of 6. My Merlin app recorded 15 species of birds in 15 minutes. There is a shady spot to sit outside, including a small gas fire pit and chair swing. Grill with extra propane tank just in case. Corn hole in the deck Box. Reading nook upstairs. Giant TV mounted on a swivel that we never even turned on. Short drive to everything. Just a super clean, easy stay. We hope to visit again soon!

Lola and Jon’s home is beautiful quaint extremely clean centrally located and we were amazed at their COMMUNICATION efforts. They emailed me twice a day to make sure there was absolutely nothing that we needed and we’re very responsive to any of our needs including I asked if they could pick up some chocolates and champagne for me to surprise my wife for Saint Valentine and they were very friendly agreeable and did not hesitate for a minute. We will definitely stay there again.
